"Everywhere I looked, people were talking about ‘lead generation’. I knew we needed to generate lots of new leads, but I wasn’t sure what the right approach was for us?

Our website was not getting enough visitors and those that did visit didn’t stick around for very long, they never filled out our enquiry forms or called us.

We had a reasonable database and ran monthly email campaigns, but our open and click rates were low and the opt-out rate was high. We had a Google advertising campaign, but the landing pages weren't effective. We were spending a lot for very few conversions. It was the same for LinkedIn, we were struggling to justify our budgets.
