It's no secret that offering value to your customers in the form of useful information is one of the best ways to initiate, develop and solidify relationships. But, how do you continue, issue after issue, to make your newsletter stand out in the crowd and keep your readers reading?
I met a lot of owner managers of smaller technology companies. Very often they say they want to start an E-Newsletter, but what kept them from doing it was that they "had nothing to say." Do you recognize that symptom? Running out of material is one of the biggest fears people have - and one of the primary reasons that companies don't launch E-Newsletters in the first place. I have never come across anybody who knew enough about the technology industry to start a business in it and who didn't also have a nearly endless supply of content to choose from.
