ts.com, a Venture Capital funded UK ASP, provides a comprehensive online ticket sale and marketing service enabling ticket vendors to drive sales through their web site and run online marketing campaigns.
- Esker SA, 1998-2000, Executive Vice President
- Persoft Inc, 1996-1998, Vice President & European MD
Persoft, a US software publisher, developed PC-to-Host & Web-to-Host Connectivity Software. This software was sold worldwide using distributors and corporate resellers. Customers were Fortune 1000 Companies, Government and Health. Esker SA, a French Public Company, acquired Persoft in 1998.
- Option Systems Ltd, 1991-1996, Non Exec Chairman
Option Systems, a UK solutions provider, provided an innovative software solution, STYLEman. This was a market leading application for the clothing, footwear and textile industries, worldwide.
- The Optimus Group, 1989 – 1994, Managing Director
Optimus, a UK software house, supplied complex turnkey solutions to blue chip companies and Government organizations. In 1993, Optimus were acquired by Aran plc, a manufacturing systems solutions provider, in a Venture Capital funded deal.
- UCMS Group Ltd, 1979 – 1989, Group Director & Subsidiary MD
UCMS, a UK start up software house, focused upon selling high end, high value, enterprise wide distribution and manufacturing systems to clothing, textile and footwear companies. Second phase growth was funded by Venture Capital investment
